*Rules for Submitting a Brokerage

Any registered Regional Coordinator (hereinafter also called a "participant") who is also an associate of a brokerage (real estate, mortgage, property inspection, etc) can submit data of the brokerage to be listed on the Brokerage Directory at no charge (the "Directory"). Submissions are accepted and posted to the Directory based on the following rules.

1. A participant who is the first to submit a brokerage of a particular company name can submit all available offices, as long as all such offices are under the same company name. (These refer to brokerage offices with the same company name but are distinguished by different locations.)

2. Only a maximum of three associates per brokerage office will be accepted for display on this Directory. Despite the number of participants who have submitted a brokerage office, the first submitting participant remains the direct referring participant of that brokerage office for life.

3. A participant cannot submit a brokerage he or she is not associated with (i.e., through licensing requirements or other contractual relationship).

4. Brokerage branch offices with the same company name will be issued one unique Team Code so that listings of the same company name can be grouped together.
